post the location on Facebook so other volunteers and Guild members can find

Also went well, there was quite a bit interest

Fair officials confused us with another group,
we had to move. Next year Victoria
volunteered to pre set our area the night before
·
It was hard to find people to volunteer,
recommend only 1 day next year.
·
A young girl monopolized the floor loom for 4
hrs on sat and was there waiting to continue on Sunday morning. In the future there will be a 5 min limit on
weaving time, no cut off policy
·
Patricia Miller stopped by, was good to check in
with her.
·
Teresa also stopped by, she had a couple
surgeries but is doing better and thinking about coming back. Will be great to have her back.

Seward County Fair – 8/12/17

3 people are working today

The last 2 years the August meeting has fallen
on a demo day, at January meeting we should discuss moving the meeting around
demos.

This is the last day of the Basket Weaving
Class, we may have some trouble finding volunteers. Sue volunteered to work at Arbor Lodge.

Gary Higgens brought a lot of Karen’s crafting
materials. He doesn’t want any money for
the items and will be bringing more.
Please look through and give a donation to the Guild. What doesn’t get selected will be donated to a
charity on 9/9/17. We do not have room
to store items

ill, we have no details at this time.
