Minutes of the Meeting
October 12, 2013
The following people were present:
Victoria Hilton, Mary Howell, John Geppert, Patricia Miller, Cheryl Rennick,
Catherine Easton, Mary Stilwell, Annika Railsback, Sue Ranta, Jane Mailand,
Mandy Binder and Margaret Junker
The meeting was called to order by
co-president Mary Howell.
Having been emailed and posted
online, the minutes of the September 2013 meeting were accepted as written.
There were no changes.
Treasurer Cheryl Rennick reported
our latest income and expenses.
Donations can still be accepted to
the Guild, but we are currently NOT a 501c3 and therefore cannot offer tax
deductions.
Rug Group – Determined that $20 per
person showing will cover the expenses of putting on the show.
Overshot Project: Catherine –
project is progressing but must be finished by January as the advanced weaving
course starts then and will need the looms.
Craft Show – SWHS
Take the following items:
cash, masking tape
Signs, safety pins, T-pins
Mirror, donation for silent auction
(purple pillow)
Three big totes, drying racks X2
NEW BUSINESS:
Need to send Rod Scott of
Architectural Glassarts a thank you for repairing our stained glass logo.
Send Claire Ehernberger and Shelda
Baylor each a “Thinking of You” card. (done)
PLEASE RETURN BOOKS AND WARPING
BOARDS, AND OTHER THINGS YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT TO THE GUILD. IF YOU STILL NEED
IT, CHECK IT OUT AGAIN AND BE SURE YOU WRITE YOUR NAME AND DATE ON THE CARD.
